Since few days back, some of my friends start to ask me where or how to download or watch korean and japan movie/drama. To my suprise, one of my classmate that rarely texting me suddenly sent a SMS just now just to ask how to download or watch korean/japan drama…hehehe…so, i decide to write an entry about this, so it help me in near future if anyone ask me about it again…hehe
WATCHING ONLINE
There are a few website that allow us to watch drama/movie online. But the video quality usually very poor. I put the website link on the website name:
1) Dramafever ~ The only legal drama streaming site, plus with high quality video i heard, but only available in US & Canada.
2) mysoju ~ provide korean, japanese, taiwanese, hong kong & mainland (China) drama & movie
3) Dramacrazy ~ provide Anime, Japanese, Korean and Taiwan Drama
4) youtube ~ well, you know what you tube is…what you need to do is just search for the video
5) crunchyroll ~ like youtube, this site contains a lot of asian drama, movie as well as anime
6) viikii
DIRECT DOWNLOAD
One of the easiest way (yet quite slow) to get a movie/drama is by direct download. The following site give the link to where we can download the video file. Usually people will upload the video at Megaupload, Rapidshare, Mediafire or other web hosting site. Mostly they will use megaupload, so I recommend you to download & install mega manager to ease your download process. Note that the download process take time, usually one to three days, depending on our download speed
1) Silentregrets ~ give direct download link & drama/movie review for most asian drama
2) Aja-Aja ~ give direct download link, torrent link for Korean and some Japanese drama [currently only open for invited member]
3) Nomanymore ~ provide download link mostly for Japan series
4) Kraetiv ~ provide Malay, English, Indonesia, Korean & Japanese movies & drama series
5) Cashewmania Kpop ~ provide Korean drama, shows & MVs
6) Holden’s Page ~ Korean Drama
7) Alldrcomot ~ provide KDrama, KMovie & MDrama via MediaFire link
8. chinkymovies ~ give direct download link for chinese, japanese & korean movies & dramas
9) nihongo-dekimasu ~ mostly japanese movies & anime
10 nanikapcsolution ~ Malay, English, Japan, Korean, Anime & Software
11) MediaFire Movie ~ provide movies, series, anime & PV via MediaFire link
12) Heaven of Desire [NEW] | Heaven of Desire ~provide Anime, English, Chinese, Japan and Korean drama & movies
13) Asianent ~ Asian movies, drama, anime & music
14) Lets Look ~ Drama, Movie & Variety Show
DOWNLOAD USING REAL PLAYER (download streaming video)
1) Download real media player installer ver. 11. Click here.
2) Install real player ver.11
3) Open any site containing the video you want (Mysoju, youtube, etc).
4) When the video start, you will see ‘DOWNLOAD VIDEO’ button. Click on the button. The quality of the video you download depends on the quality of video source.
You can also use tools like Internet Download Manager[IDM] or Orbit Downloader to download any streaming video. Recommended to use IDM since it will give high speed download.
DOWNLOAD USING IRC
So far, only SarsFansub provide this service. However i find some difficulty as i cannot connect to rizon.net. But you can give a try coz this is one of fastest way to download, yet the video quality still superb.
Update: Tutorial on how to download using IRC available at JOMPHP.COM (Malay version) or directly refer to Sars-Fansubs website (English Version).
DOWNLOAD USING TORRENT
Torrent is the easiest way (yet quite slow depending on your luck) to download a movie/drama. Read my torrent entry (Torrent Siri 1, Torrent Siri 2) in order to understand what is torrent & how to download using torrent. The following is the site where you can get the torrent file:
1. Asian Drama/Movie (Japan/Korea/Taiwan etc)
- d-addicts.com ~ main website to upload/download asian drama. You can find different sub langguage here too.
- SarsFansub ~ they are one of subbing group. So you can check their project & some of the project is not uploaded via d-addict
- Kiokukonseki | Kiokonseki LJ ~ another subbing team that subbing drama/movie featuring Johnnys artist (update: i’m not sure what happen to Kioku homepage, hope it be back soon)
- Jpopsuki | Jpopsuki 2.0 [NewTracker]~ tracker site for Japanese drama featuring Jpop artist; also lots of Japanese & Korean album here
- AsianDVDclub ~ site to upload asian movie in DVD format…also contain Thai, Philipines & Hindi drama, anime & drama series. But you need to be their member first
2. English Drama/Movie (like Heroes, Prison Break, etc)

i’m sorry if i’m too harsh, but you should understand that its not easy to compile this kinda link……i make my effort to find all the links, make my effort to update it & furnish it. you see, from February 2009, i keep updating this entry until January 2010…its a lot of effort….but i feel its unfair for anyone to just copy what i have found….all the links are the main contain for this entry if you need to understand by the way.

3. a lot of people knew it but lazy to put in as post
4. none of the link in the world that not started with your domain is yours.
5. In this IT world, who care about you research?

If you download file from sars-fansub using IRC…you can just directly download…please refer to guideline in Sars website
Megamanager used to download file from MegaUpload. But i prefer to use Internet Download Manager dowh…
Its recommended to register as MU member as its reduce waiting time of download. But speed download are capped, i just register as Megaupload Premium member with $9.99/month fee in order to get high speed download.

no, you might have some misunderstanding in me & wavega issue if talking about copyright. wevaga take copy 2 of my entries, the first one, she copy sources/links to download Queen Seon Duk…i accept it and say thanks to her as her blog mainly about Queen seon duk…but when i found out she also copy ‘my link collections’…its just unacceptable for me…i don’t claim those link are mine,…well, you won’t understand unless you owned a blog & peoples start to copy out your unique entry…
i don’t mind if others want to make similar entry like this…but do search the links on their own, bookmark the site yourself, and write the entry on your own…not simply right-click & copy…..
