What a US$10 laptop would have?

It is reported that India will produce a laptop which only cost US$10 = RM36.14 = Rs486.75 (indian rupee). It was reported that it will have 2GB memory & wireless internet capability.

Reading this, i start to think, what else would it have?
- DVD/CD-RW… the cheapest(i found) in Malaysia is Samsung 20X(IDE) = RM69 ==>will not be included i guess
- 2GB RAM… the cheapest(i found) in Malaysia is Kingston DDR II = RM70
- Processor…the cheapest(i found) in Malaysia is AM2 Sempron LE1200+ 1600FB 512 Cache = RM90
- Hard disk…the cheapest(i found) in Malaysia are 160GB w.Digital Sata2 = RM130 ==> cannot find 20Gb @ 40GB HDD price…i think they will only provide 40GB or 80GB to telly with 2GB RAM…

TOTAL = RM359 = US$99.35 (not including laptop casing, keyboard, monitor, software, etc)

i wonder how will they reduce the cost?
mass production = reduce labour cost; yet the material still expensive…
whatever it is, i hope malaysia can do something like this also…haha, lol…in my dream i guess
