THE only Asian invited to perform at Michael Jackson’s tribute concert at Wembley Stadium on June 8 is Jung Yunho, better known by his stage name U-Know Yunho, the leader of Korean boy band TVXQ.

Organised by Jermaine Jackson, the other performers at The Tribute: In Memory of Michael Jackson concert are expected to include Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake and Prince.

U-Know Yunho also performed in the Korean leg of the memorial concert at Yongsan War Memorial of Korea in Seoul last week. His agency SM Entertainment quoted Mark Bush, an official involved in the concert, as saying that they were impressed by his exceptional skills and talent.

Part of the proceeds from the sales of the “Never Alone” T-shirts will go towards the fund.

You can check the “Never Alone” campaign video at its official site www.neveralone.tv Sang-hyun reaches out to Japanese fans KOREAN actor Yoon Sang-hyun, who co-starred with Eun Hye in My Fair Lady, is expanding his presence in Japan, says his agency MGB Entertainment.

He not only attended the Hallyu! Language Joy Night event organised by local public network NHK TV in Tokyo recently but will also be taking part in the network’s popular language teaching show, Hangul Course on TV.

His Japanese fans will get to see more of him when two of his dramas — Queen Of Housewives and My Fair Lady — are shown there next month.

Ji-hoon, better known as Rain, who made his Hollywood debut in 2008 in the Wachowski Brothers’ action film Speed Racer, did not release any albums last year as he was busy making and promoting the martial arts film Ninja Assasin.

He posted on his homepage www.rain-jihoon.com recently that the album “is made for fans and will feature songs that I’ve collected for a while.” A 30 second-long teaser clip for the album, which comprises pictures of the superstar from the jacket of his record, has been posted on his website.

Zoe Tay bugged by pregnancy rumour IS Mediacorp actress Zoe Tay pregnant? Xin.sg reports that the rumour cropped up when the Queen of Caldecott Hill pulled out from the new Channel 8 crime drama Lost & Found recently. She was supposed to play the role of an undercover cop. Its executive producer Paul Yuen reiterates that her replacement, Chen Liping, is not a last-minute substitution. He says Liping’s casting could not be confirmed earlier because she was busy filming Your Hand In Mine.

Meanwhile, Tay’s manager Ivy Loh says that the actress hasn’t been feeling well lately and her decision to quit is due to “personal reasons”.

She says Tay, who’s busy shooting a drama, will reveal her reasons in due time.

Tay, who is married to Air Force pilot Philip Chionh, has two sons, Brayden, 5, and Ashton, 3.

Big screen debut for spy drama MAINLAND director Gao Xixi will be bringing popular Chinese spy drama Lurk to the big screen with award-winning actor Tony Leung Chiu Wai and Shu Qi as lead actors, reports CRIENGLISH.com.

Could someone count how many artist did this writer PACKED in this ‘Yunho”s article? LOL….why on earth an article with only first 3 paragraph relevant to the title can be publish in an official media like this?

The writer all of sudden talking about Yoon Eun Hye and Kim Hyun Joong, and continuing with other stories which make me reading the first few paragraph in total blur. And not to mention, did anyone notice how the paragraph look like? It’s like the writer copying all off its from a news feed. And to make it worst, Yunho participant in MJ’s concert is not confirmed yet. He been invited, but it’s not confirm yet. LOL.

This make me remember a Kosmo article about CNBlue, which for me such a small matter to be made an article (seriously I feel ashamed of it…i mean, its on printed newspaper):

click to enlarge (credit as label)

I feel ashamed with such a low quality article like this. I know not all journalist like this, but it’s disappoint to see these writer serving such article to its huge community reader. I didn’t need to say this, but there’s thousand blogger out there that can write better than this.

Whatever it is, feel free to check out the translated news from Korean article regarding MJ memorial concert in London this June, HERE. And Yunho’s picture and video collection from Micheal Jackson ‘This Is It’ memorial concert last Saturday, HERE, which I update a few hours after the concert.

I wonder if the writer just curious with #UKnowThisIsIt that become twitter trending topic last Saturday and Sunday, and then decide to write about it. I don’t think he/she write it for the purpose of SEO (lol…seem like one to me).

And keeping this as a proof:

p/s: just don’t mess up when you write about TVXQ, Yunho or my other favorites…

p/s lagi: I bet…artikel ni pun orang tak ambil pusing…why? sebab blogger yang tulis…lol

Update as of 30 March 2010, 5.19pm GMT+8:

Kamsahanmida to Waiem-unnie who have made clear how this article suppose to be, here the printed version of the NST news, credit for Waiem-unnie:

Page belakang NST, gambar yang aku kompem dicilok dari internet…unnie, ada tak dikredit kepada sumber asal? hahaha

Owh….cemni rupanya….awat la kat online version tak bagi subtopik? …siapa yang konpius? pembaca juga…

So, from here we can see that the writer is not at fault. I’m apologize to cause such commotion. Yet, as an establish media, NST Online should keep their online news up to the standard as well. To the moment i wrote this update, they still didn’t re-update their article or adding any subtopic to all other story. This surely will leave such bad impression to all whom read only the online version of the article.

Since a blogger always being judged as unreliable source of news, being demand to write with full of ethic, quoting properly and crediting each and every picture and sources of news; this mistake made by official media website is just unacceptable.

Tak pasal-pasal geng ottoke kecoh dengan surat khabar…..apa daa….sian, seobang-ku jadi jadi mangsa keadaan…

Lol. i read you guys tweet about this the other night.

seriously, don’t these newspaper companies had like their own entertainment department which will write about just entertainment inside and outside the country.

I found several more articles like this one and in the end, i just stop reading that section of the paper. It’s better to read fan’s blog like you. hehe

Other than reading in blog or forum, I’d rather read Galaxie magazine rather than read the article in entertainment section in the newspaper.
